Customer Reviews  : Excellent for magnifying small objects
I have been making jewelry and the wire and end clasps are small, but when I purchased this lamp at Amazon I thought it would help in making the wire, beads, and clasps easier to see. I was excited when I plugged in the lamp and started to make necklaces and earrings--the lamp magnified everything so that I could see a whole lot easier. I was able to affix the clasps in no time at all and as small as the beads were, the lamp made them appear larger and it was quicker for me to complete my projects. I would recommend this lamp to anyone who needs to work with small pieces.

Customer Reviews  : Great Floor Lamp Magnifier
I bought 2 of these, one for machine sewing -light rather than magnifier, and another for doing close hand sewing with the magnifier. They are very easy to put together, you can move the magnifier around so it fits what you are doing, and the led lights are very bright. If you don't want the magnifier, you can bend the light up so it is more like a table lamp. It is versatile and makes an excellent reading light. The price is right and I would definitely recommend it.
